2024 Fantasy Season: Wide Receivers
At its core, fantasy football beings and ends with Wide Receivers. The position is deeper than it’s ever been where you can draft a receiver between Rounds 10-14, and they can be league winners. Take last year for instance. Guys like Nico Collins, Jayden Reed and Puka Nacua are just a couple of guys who won leagues last year. Not to mention that the big four - Hill, Jefferson, Lamb and Chase - are all guys that can flip any fantasy game on its head; waiting to go off at a moments notice. This year is no different. You will draft a guy in Rounds 10-14 who you didn’t last year; Could be Pop Douglas. or Rome Odunze. Khalil Shakir. Josh Palmer anyone? The point is, receivers are goldmines. And if you a smart owner, you know you have to pick the right ones. We value the position so much here at PSP that we decided to do you, the consumer, a service…and rank 100 Wide Receivers. That’s right. 100. You won’t go in draft night “sniped” or “screwed” because if you follow our ranks, you will ALWAYS have a plan.
Tier 1 - Take Them Blindly
Tyreek Hill - Miami Dolphins (Bye: 6) - Easy decision.
Ceedee Lamb - Dallas Cowboys (Bye: 7) - Nothing changed offensively so why should he change?
Ja’Marr Chase - Cincinnati Bengals (Bye: 12) - Burrow is healthy. Chase will cook.
Justin Jefferson - Minnesota Vikings (Bye: 6) - Even with Darnold/McCarthy he will produce.
Tier 2 - Back End R1 Guys
5. Amon-Ra St. Brown - Detroit Lions (Bye: 5) - Bonafide stud.
6. AJ Brown - Philadelphia Eagles (Bye: 5) - Big body receiver who will score touchdowns.
7. Puka Nacua - LA Rams (Bye: 6) - Even with Kupp healthy, we saw who the target was in the playoff game.
8. Davante Adams - Las Vegas Raiders (Bye: 10) - This ranking is for the now and later. Where will Adams be playing come November?
Tier 3 - Value Studs
9. DJ Moore - Chicago Bears (Bye: 7) - Had a top 10 finish last year with Justin Fields. He has a real QB now.
10. Garrett Wilson - New York Jets (Bye: 12) - If Rodgers is healthy.
11. Nico Collins - Houston Texans (Bye: 14) - Came onto the scene last year. Does Stef Diggs take targets away? I don’t think so.
12. Brandon Aiyuk - San Francisco 49ers (Bye: 9) - This ranking dips if he gets traded literally anywhere.
13. Mike Evans - Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Bye: 11) - Hall of Famer. People forget. Going for 11 straight 1k seasons.
14. Michael Pittman - Indianapolis Colts (Bye: 14) - Always consistent.
15. DK Metcalf - Seattle Seahawks (Bye: 10) - First real receiver here that can be in flux. Metcalf is a stud, but the reality is the Seahawks are one of those teams that can be flip flopping QBs all year. If that happens, I would stay away from DK.
16. Marvin Harrison Jr. - Arizona Cardinals (Bye: 11) - Don’t be afraid of the “rookie” title. Kid is a beast. Just look at his name.
17. Cooper Kupp - LA Rams (Bye: 6) - He’s supposedly 100% healthy. Look, he’s going to fall in drafts. You can probably grab him in Round 4-5. The reality is, if Kupp is healthy, you’re getting a WR2 who can perform like a WR1. If you draft him, my thought is go receiver next round as well.
Tier 4 - Clear WR 2…but GOOD WR 2
18. Christian Kirk - Jacksonville Jaguars (Bye: 12) - Lawrence’s favorite target. The Jags offense fell off a cliff after Kirk got hurt last season. Unquestioned number one target.
19. Stefon Diggs - Houston Texans (Bye: 14) - Becoming the number two guy the first time in his career. How will he handle it?
20. Zay Flowers - Baltimore Ravens (Bye: 14) - Like this kid a lot.
21. Malik Nabers - New York Giants (Bye: 11) - Have him at 21 now, can skyrocket.
22. Jaylen Waddle - Miami Dolphins (Bye: 6) - The one guy in the top 25 who i’m afraid to draft.
23. George Pickens - Pittsburgh Steelers (Bye: 9) - Uber talented. Did what he did last year with a guy who's backing up now. Should be in for a big year.
24. Amari Cooper - Cleveland Browns (Bye: 10) - If you draft Cooper you like pendulums. He will put up 40, then 3, then 25, then 0. At the end of the year you will look up and he’s WR20-23.
25. Chris Olave - New Orleans Saints (Bye: 12) - Wanted to put him higher. Truly. Saints offense is dreadful.
26. Keenan Allen - Chicago Bears (Bye: 7) - Like Diggs, becoming the number two option for the first time in his career. Allen can be a really sneaky high end WR2 this year.
27. Tee Higgins - Cincinnati Bengals (Bye: 12) - Tee is back. No matter how you feel about him or where he goes. He’s back, and that’s all that matters.
28. Deebo Samuel - San Francisco 49ers (Bye: 9) - Deebo goes up in Aiyuk is traded. An extremely volatile fantasy receiver becomes number one target in the passing game.
29. Hollywood Brown - Kansas City Chiefs (Bye: 6) - This is not MVS. This is not MVS. This is not…..
30. Drake London - Atlanta Falcons (Bye: 12) - Put up or shut up time for London.
31. Calvin Ridley - Tennessee Titans (Bye: 5) - Watching him first hand last year was eye popping. Good, not great receiver. Will get his. Had drops at most inopportune times. Can’t get open against man coverage.
32. Terry McLaurin - Washington Commanders (Bye: 14) - Is this the year for Scary Terry?
Tier 5 - FLEX Plays with Upside
33. DeVonta Smith - Philadelphia Eagles (Bye: 5) - Can’t help but feel like he’s blocked by Brown. And now the Eagles added Barkley.
34. Christian Watson - Green Bay Packers (Bye: 10) - This is a potential ranking.
35. Chris Godwin - Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Bye: 11) - You want a consistent 8-13 points a week. I present Chris Godwin.
36. Keon Coleman - Buffalo Bills (Bye: 12) - Buffalo didn’t draft him with the first pick in the second round for no reason. Kid has the same lateral quickness as Puka Nacua.
37. Brian Thomas Jr. - Jacksonville Jaguars (Bye: 12) - LSU product in a passing offense. Doesn’t have the hype because his teammate was an animal. Might be a slow burn, but worth the wait.
38. Jayden Reed - Green Bay Packers (Bye: 10) - Slot receiver who can stretch the field. Has Wes Welker vibes.
39. Courtland Sutton - Denver Broncos (Bye: 14) - Talented receiver in a bad situation.
40. Jaxon Smith-Njigba - Seattle Seahawks (Bye: 10) - This year JSN takes Lockett’s spot. The QB play will hinder him from going further up the chain.
41. Jakobi Meyers - Las Vegas Raiders (Bye: 10) - Meyers is a good player. Not flashy. Gets the job done.
42. Diontae Johnson - Carolina Panthers (Bye: 11) - The potential is there to be a true WR2 this year. Do we trust Dave Canales?
43. DeAndre Hopkins - Tennessee Titans (Bye: 5) - Last year was meh. This year will be more meh.
44. Tank Dell - Houston Texans (Bye: 14) - Only reason he’s this low is because of Diggs being in Houston.
45. Jordan Addison - Minnesota Vikings (Bye: 6) - All the talk is about his legal trouble, as it should be. But when he’s on the field he’s a force. Excellent WR2 for the Likes offense.
46. Mike Williams - New York Jets (Bye: 12) - How long until he gets hurt?
47. Khalil Shakir - Buffalo Bills (Bye: 12) - Becomes the receiver with the MOST chemistry with Josh Allen. Think about that…
48. Ladd McConkey - LA Chargers (Bye: 5) - Liked him during the draft process. Normally I’d say have to wait and see, but whose in his way? This guy has the potential to move up quickly.
49. Demario Douglas - New England Patriots (Bye: 14) - Like him, but can drop fast if Baker and Polk get it early.
50. Tyler Lockett - Seattle Seahawks (Bye: 10) - The decline has started.
51. Dontayvion Wicks - Green Bay Packers (Bye: 10) - Can be WR3 or WR5 by Week 6. Draft with caution. Flashed at times last season.
Tier 6 - Wait and See
52. Rashee Rice - Kansas City Chiefs (Bye: 6) - Problem with the Chiefs offense is that its Kelce and everyone else. And then KC just drafted a WR in Round 1.
53. Rome Odunze - Chicago Bears (Bye: 7) - Have patience with Odunze. In a keeper or dynasty, 100% worth the pick.
54. Jahan Dotson - Washington Commanders (Bye: 14) - A lot of people like Dotson. Absolutely no one is talking about how Ekeler will take catches away from him.
55. Jameson Williams - Detroit Lions (Bye: 5) - Same as London. Put up or shut up.
56. Jerry Jeudy - Cleveland Browns (Bye: 10) - So out I can’t even wait to leave. Ranking solely on potential.
57. Adam Thielen - Carolina Panthers (Bye: 11) - His age might push him down the depth chart.
58. Josh Downs - Indianapolis Colts (Bye: 14) - Like Downs a lot. Lets hope the injury isn’t too serious.
59. Jonathan Mingo - Carolina Panthers (Bye: 11) - Listed as a starter. Has DK Metcalf vibes. Loved him out of the draft process last year. You have to look at all Panthers offensive players with a new lens this year.
60. Jacob Cowing - San Francisco 49ers (Bye: 9) - If Aiyuk is trade, this guy to the moon. Watch his tape at Arizona.
61. Troy Franklin - Denver Broncos (Bye: 14) - Has the rapport with Bo Nix. Problem is Nix might not start.
62. Brandin Cooks - Dallas Cowboys (Bye: 7) - The offense is there. The player is consistent. He’s just passed his prime.
63. Gabe Davis - Jacksonville Jaguars (Bye: 12) - No one can figure out Gabe Davis. Does a fresh start do anything? I don’t know.
64. Josh Palmer - LA Chargers (Bye: 5) - Someone has to catch passes in LA.
65. Rasheed Shaheed - New Orleans Saints (Bye: 12) - Could be a potential trade target come the deadline.
Tier 7 - Flyers Will be Hung Up
66. Xavier Worthy - Kansas City Chiefs (Bye: 6) - Rookie WR don’t produce right away in KC.
67. Michael Wilson - Arizona Cardinals (Bye: 11) - Yes, there is a WR2 outside of MHJ in Arizona.
68. Jalen McMillan - Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Bye: 11) - The way they’re talking about McMillan you would think he’s gonna burst onto the scene like OBJ.
69. Wan’Dale Robinson - New York Giants (Bye: 11) - Slot guys are more Daniel Jones friendly.
70. Ricky Pearsall - San Francisco 49ers (Bye: 9) - Battled injuries while in college and off to a rocky start in the pros.
71. Javon Baker - New England Patriots (Bye: 14) - Pats offense will be run heavy. He will get on as the season goes on.
72. Zay Jones - Arizona Cardinals (Bye: 11) - Seems like will be a third down guy in the Cardinals offense.
73. Andrei Iosivas - Cincinnati Bengals (Bye: 12) - This year can be the start of Iosivas stepping into the Tee Higgins role.
74. DJ Chark - LA Chargers (Bye: 5) - journeyman receiver. Expect journeyman results.
75. Xavier Legette - Carolina Panthers (Bye: 11) - Really crowded WR room is Carolina.
76. Tyler Boyd - Tennessee Titans (Bye: 5) - Is like the 4th option at best in the passing game.
77. Odell Beckham Jr. - Miami Dolphins (Bye: 6) - Cooked.
Tier 8 - You’re Trying to Catch Lightning in a Bottle
78. Curtis Samuel - Buffalo Bills (Bye: 12) - Will go off one week and have everyone spend a ton of FAAB on him for no reason.
79. Romeo Doubs - Green Bay Packers (Bye: 10) - Watson and Reed are sexier.
80. Malachi Corley - New York Jets (Bye: 12) - Will overtake Lazard by mid-season.
81. Jalin Hyatt - New York Giants (Bye: 11) - Better for Drew Lock.
82. Ja’Lynn Polk - New England Patriots (Bye: 14) - Same as Baker.
83. AT Perry - New Orleans Saints (Bye: 12) - Came on late last year. Could step into the Michael Thomas role.
84. Kendrick Bourne - New England Patriots (Bye: 14) - Lost a place with the rookies drafted.
85. Jermaine Burton - Cincinnati Bengals (Bye: 12) - backup to start but will get opportunities.
86. Luke McCaffrey - Washington Commanders (Bye: 14) - can be WR3 if he has a strong camp.
87. Kadarius Toney - Kansas City Chiefs (Bye: 6) - NO.
88. AD Mitchell - Indianapolis Colts (Bye: 14) - MVS 2.0
89. Rashod Bateman - Baltimore Ravens (Bye: 14) - never healthy.
90. Quentin Johnston - LA Chargers (Bye: 5) - needs stickum.
Tier 9 - Last Round Only
91. Darius Slayton - New York Giants (Bye: 11) - long overdue he moves on.
92. Josh Reynolds - Denver Broncos (Bye: 14) - Will have a big catch every now and then.
93. Juju Smith-Schuster - New England Patriots (Bye: 14) - Genuinely forgot he was in the league.
94. Tutu Atwell - LA Rams (Bye: 6) - The Rams say they have a “plan” for Atwell. What it is…..I don know.
95. Rondale Moore - Atlanta Falcons (Bye: 12) - I guess?
96. Alec Pierce - Indianapolis Colts (Bye: 14) - Pierce gets the brunt of the Mitchell draft.
97. Tez Walker - Baltimore Ravens (Bye: 14) - Another Ravens WR drafted.
98. Parker Washington - Jacksonville Jaguars (Bye: 12) - Was intrigued coming out of Penn St. but really needs to make an impression
99. Allan Lazard - New York Jets (Bye: 12) - he won’t get cut, but he should.
100. Marquez Valdes-Scantling - Buffalo Bills (Bye: 12) - Put him in here because I can think of no one else.
